We understand how frustrating it can be to forget your password. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Simply navigate to the Login screen and click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we’ll send you instructions on how to reset your password. Once you’ve followed the steps, you’ll be back in your account in no time!
Impact+ Elite members enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders, while Free members pay a flat rate of $8.99. Occasionally, shipping and handling charges may apply based on the winner’s shipping address, but we’ll always display this information upfront on the event page.
For our international customers, competitive shipping rates will be offered (subject to customs fees payable by the customer).
We know our causes are great, and our impact is real, but we want you to love your Membership too. That’s why we’re putting our money where our mouth is – if we don’t save you at least 5x your Elite Membership fee in the first year, the whole thing is on us. Give us 12 months to show you how awesome we are, and if we don’t live up to the hype, we’ll issue you a full refund – no questions asked!
