Eligibility

Our Impact+ Events hosted at The Kallective are open to residents worldwide, except for The Kallective employees, their immediate family members, and household members, who are ineligible to participate. All events are subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and are void where prohibited by law.

Entering Events

To enter our events, you must be an active member of The Kallective. Each member can enter events once per individual product or experience through our website. Participation requires logging into your member account and adhering to the rules outlined for each event type.

Release Process and Prizes

Each event type has a slightly different release process.

• Dynamic Rush:

Dynamic Rush events are a race against time. As soon as the event launches, participants have just 10 seconds to decide whether to snag the item at the listed price. If no one clicks ‘add to cart,’ the price keeps fluctuating every 10 seconds until someone does.

• Dynamic Flash:

Experience the adrenaline rush of Dynamic Flash events, where prices start at retail and drop by the second! Watch as the price decreases rapidly until someone makes the winning move and adds the item to their cart. Don’t blink, or you might miss out on snagging an incredible deal!

• Giveaways:

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Our “Sweepstakes” events can be entered for free, which grants the participant a single entry. Or, participants may use their accumulated IQ Points to enter our sweepstakes. 1 IQ Point = 5 Entries – IQ Points are not purchased and can only be earned by redeeming tokens in any of our other event types. Once the event ends, a winner will be selected randomly from the list of all eligible participants. The winner will be notified using their registered email and can claim their free prize by returning to the website.

• Dynamic Auctions:

Dynamic Auctions add an exciting twist to traditional sales events. Here’s how they work: prices start at $0 and increase every second, creating a thrilling rush to secure your desired price.

To join the action, you’ll need Impact+ Tokens, which you can use to lock in your chosen price. The more tokens you use, the greater your impact.

Once the Impact Goal is reached, the participant with the highest number of redeemed tokens wins the auction and receives the item at their locked-in price. If the Goal isn’t met, don’t worry—all participants’ tokens are promptly refunded to their wallets.

Forfeit Policy

Winning participants who fail to complete their purchase forfeit their opportunity to buy the item at the designated price. In the event of item unavailability, The Kallective reserves the right to cancel the event entry.

General Conditions & Disruptions

By participating in an event on our website, you agree to The Kallective Event Release Program’s terms. In the event of any disruption, The Kallective reserves the right to cancel the event, with or without prior notification to participants. If cancellation occurs, participants will receive a refund of their Impact+ Tokens.

Fraud and Terms Violation

If any member is found to disrupt, misuse, falsify, tamper with, or exploit the program, their membership will be immediately canceled.

Products During the Event

During our events, we may offer branded products that are not affiliated with us, and we do not claim any association with their trademarks or ownership. These brands are the sole property of their respective owners. The provision of these products to our members is conducted under fair use as per Intellectual Property law.

The effectiveness and quality of these products are the responsibility of their respective manufacturers, and their presence in our events does not imply any endorsement from us. We are not affiliated or connected with the companies that own these brands.

Limitation of Liability

We, along with our affiliates, and any of our officers, directors, agents, or representatives, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your membership purchase or the inability to use the products and services provided in connection with our events.

Dispute Resolution

You agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to the event(s) shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Indiana.
