When will the events be released?

Hopefully soon, but here’s the deal: you guys hold the power! Most of our events will be released once we reach our $1M pledge for our Featured Organization. Learn more about Worldreader. By joining The Kallective, you can help expedite the release of our events. It’s that simple. So, don’t be shy – stock up on tokens and spread the word to your friends by joining our referral competition.

Where does the money go?

Every purchase made during our events funds a US-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization through our fundraising partner, Pledge. To learn more about how Pledge makes it easy for businesses like ours to make a difference, visit their website.

How do I know if I’m chosen as the winner?

We’ll notify you via email if you’re selected as the winner. Please whitelist our email ([email protected]) to ensure you don’t miss out on any of our communications. Good luck!

Can I participate in an event without being a member?

The Kallective is a members-only marketplace and therefore requires an active Impact+ Membership to gain access to our events.

How do Raffle events work?

Participants can join raffles without tokens for a single entry. But hey, if wanna up your chances and support organizations, go ahead and use a token and receive five entries. Bonus – we’ll donate $.10 for each redeemed token.

Once the Event Reserve is reached, it’s game on. Our system will randomly select a winner from all eligible participants and send ’em an email with a link back to the event page where they can checkout at their offer price.

What happens if my offer is selected as the winner?

If your offer is selected, we will notify you by email with a link back to the event page. On this page, you will see a “Checkout Now” button that, when pressed, will allow you to checkout at the price you offered for the item.

How much does the organization receive?

When you purchase an item from our marketplace, we make a contribution to the Featured Organization minus taxes and shipping charges.

The percentage is based on your membership level as follows:

Impact+ Free: 5%

Impact+ Exclusive: 10%

Impact+ Elite: 15%

How does my offer help charities?

We believe in giving back. That’s why we’ve set up multiple ways for our featured organizations to receive donations. First, we donate $.10 to the organization for every redeemed token. Secondly, when a winner completes their purchase, we contribute to the organization based on the users’ membership level.

This allows our featured organizations to receive much-needed donations without the hard work and effort that goes into fundraising. We’re proud to support these organizations, and we hope our customers will take advantage of this opportunity to give back.

How do Flash events work?

Participants will use their tokens to unlock the “Add to Cart” button when the event is released. The first eligible participant(s) that enter and complete the checkout process will have the right to purchase the item at the listed sales price.

How do Giveaways work?

Our Giveaways are free to enter; you’ll get a single entry just for showing up. But if you’re feeling lucky and want to increase your chances, you can use your IQ Points to snag more entries. 1 IQ Point equals 5 entries, so redeem those babies like there’s no tomorrow.

And don’t worry; we don’t play favorites. Once the event ends, a winner will be selected randomly from the list of all eligible participants. It could be you; it could be your grandma. Who knows? But if it is you, we’ll slide into your inbox to let you know how to claim your prize!
